Crassus Partners, LLC is the result of a decade-long relationship between its founders.  We are a Boutique Mergers & Acquisitions Brokerage and Advisory specializing in helping Main Street and Middle Market companies realize their full potential through decisive action, thoughtful investments, and strategic partnerships.

Established on the belief that founders need fellow entrepreneurs to effectively represent their interests in-front of institutional partners.  We take pride in our principles of Integrity, Independence, and Honesty.  We are untethered from either institutions, vendors, or other outside interests so our criteria for success is always directly aligned with our clients.  With more than forty years of combined experience across numerous industries, we bring new and diverse perspectives to our clients’ biggest problems while focusing on their long-term vision.

  • CHRISTOPHER COELLO

    Based in Miami, Chris has over a decade of experience advising lower to middle market companies within the U.S. and internationally. Chris has represented clients in over 45 countries and in more than 50 industries. He specialized in back-office services, structuring operations, and financial consulting to secure debt and equity investments required for growth, operations, production, and acquisitions.

    Chris attended Florida International University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a dual focus in Business Management and International Business.

  • ADAM FLOREK

    Based in New York, Adam has more than a decade of experience with financial services, information technology, and real estate firms. He advises start-ups through middle market entities on various commercial issues including corporate formation and structure, seed and mezzanine financing, risk management issues, and strategy-driven business transformations pre- and post-acquisition.

    Adam received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Purdue University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Information Technology & Privacy Law. After law school, Adam clerked at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
