Our team then meets with the senior staff and key players to get a wholistic feel for the company’s culture while simultaneously understanding how each piece adds to the whole. As these interviews are ongoing, we conduct an exhaustive examination of our client’s financials, historical performance, and ongoing contractual obligations and prepare a Confidential Information Memorandum and accompanying Datawarehouse.
